Business agency (agenzia d'affari) activity carried out exclusively online, consisting of putting in contact parties interested in concluding digital out-of-home advertising contracts.
Bufaga acts as an intermediary and neither sets nor guarantees the price of the space.

General terms
- No fee is due if the advertising contract is not concluded.
- The consideration for the advertising space is freely agreed between the parties. The impression, reach and footfall estimates shown on the website are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of results by Bufaga.
- Bufaga's fee is stated separately from the consideration for the space in every proposal, before the contract is concluded.
- The supply and maintenance of the devices at the locations, air-quality monitoring services and environmental impact reports are separate activities, governed by separate contracts, and are not covered by this Table.
